2 Tablespoonbutter, melted
3 CupPork, pulled
4 TablespoonTraeger Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce
2 Cupmozzarella cheese
As Neededcheddar cheese
As NeededOnions, green
As NeededBacon Bits
As Neededsour cream

  • Step 1

    When ready to cook, set temperature to 450˚F and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes

    • 4 Whole Potato, Baker Style

    • As Needed vegetable oil

    • As Needed salt

  • Step 2

    Place the potatoes directly on the grill grate and cook for 45 minutes, or until soft in the middle when pricked with a fork.

  • Step 3

    Cut the potatoes in half and hollow out, leaving 1/4” inch of potato on the skin.

    Brush the inside of the skins with melted butter and place on a baking tray. Put back on grill and cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.

    Mix together the pulled pork, Traeger Sweet & Heat BBQ Sauce, mozarella and cheddar cheese. Fill the skins with the mixture and put back on the Traeger with the lid closed, just long enough to melt the cheese.
